To See With Your Eyes

Collaboration work by Alisa Benfey and Katie Lewis Underwood

Alisa Benfey and Katie Lewis Underwood met in art school and have been making collages together since 2017. What started as an experiment to make with what they had has evolved into a regular Friday ritual. The shared archive is ever-growing, and its contents are a result of co-creation and compromise. It is an example of the freedom of seeing from someone else’s point of view. It is a collection of small moves. It is a celebration of what-ifs and whimsy.
